This full-time on-site role located in Kota is for a Senior Officer. You will be responsible for overseeing daily pest control operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with clients, supervising staff, and maintaining detailed reports. The role involves regular monitoring and assessment of pest control strategies, procurement of materials, and implementation of new technologies to improve service efficiency. Qualifications include experience in pest management operations and regulatory compliance, supervisory and team coordination skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in using digital tools and ERP systems, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities, a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Biology, or a related field, ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Prior experience in the pest control industry is a plus.,
