Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our administrative and clerical tasks in the office. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, and direct them to appropriate departments
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a related administrative role
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet)
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
