Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal events
Maintain office filing systems and document organization
Assist in preparing proposals, event plans, and presentations
Support event team with logistics coordination, vendor communication, and follow-ups
Monitor and manage office supplies and place orders as needed
Help maintain cleanliness and order in the office environment
Assist in managing company social media updates (basic level, if required)
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff or clients
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (event industry preferred)
Graduate in any discipline (degree in hospitality, communications, or business is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic email handling
Strong communication skills (English and local language)
Good interpersonal skills, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to occasionally support onsite event coordination when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
