As an Odoo Developer at Hashtechy, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and customizing Odoo applications and modules to align with our business requirements. You will be tasked with customizing and implementing various Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, and Accounting. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing Odoo deployment, configuration, and integration with third-party systems. Testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining clear technical documentation for custom developments and integrations will also be part of your role. Collaboration is key at Hashtechy, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet our business needs. Providing ongoing support and training to end-users on Odoo functionalities and updates will also be a crucial aspect of your job. To be successful in this role, you should have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Odoo development, a strong understanding of the Odoo framework, Python, and PostgreSQL, as well as familiarity with Odoo modules and custom module development. Proven experience with Odoo deployment and integration processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities are essential. Preferred qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, experience with version control systems like Git, and knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
