Excellent communication skills (as candidate will be evaluating and talking to people from top positions as we'll. 1-3 Years of Experience in sourcing, and managing end to end TA (Non IT hiring) Relevant experience in doing mid-level hiring. Someone who is smart and takes accountability and ownership. Experience of working on niche roles would help. Experience of sourcing from Linkedin is mandatory. Additionally sourcing from other job portals like Naukri, iimjobs.com will also help. Good with ops and ATS
