Participate in solutioning from inception through PoC to full deployment. Work closely with techno-functional presales teams to design Dynatrace-based solutions tailored to customer needs. Customize and integrate Dynatrace with ITSM, CI/CD, cloud-native, and DevOps ecosystems. Actively contribute to knowledge management by documenting solutions and best practices, and conduct cross-training for internal teams. Conduct product demonstrations and capability presentations for prospective and existing clients. Identify customer challenges and coordinate with the Dynatrace team or vendor for custom feature implementations.
