Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain recruitment reports and candidate database Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience * Requirements: 1–2 years of recruitment experience (Only Non-IT preferred) Strong sourcing and screening skills Good communication and coordination skills Experience using job portals and basic ATS tools Bachelor’s degree in any field Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
