.Net core Team Lead

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a .Net Core Team Lead located in Dehradun. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the team in the development of software applications. Day-to-day tasks include leading the development team, conducting code reviews, implementing best practices, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Qualifications Experience in Team Leadership and guiding development teams Proficiency in Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Skills in Front-End Development, including Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in developing applications using .Net Core is a significant advantage Ability to work on-site in Dehradun Manage a team of 10-15 members Experience: 3-7 Years CTC: 7LPA - 9 LPA Show more Show less
