Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Mining Field Executive located in Barmer. The Mining Field Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily mining operations, monitoring production activities, ensuring machinery maintenance, and tracking equipment breakdowns. Additional responsibilities include analyzing trip reports, supervising driver performance, maintaining safety standards, and generating operational reports. Effective coordination with field teams and adherence to mining regulations are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of mining operations and production activities.
• Experience in machinery maintenance and equipment breakdown management.
• Ability to analyze trip reports and monitor driver performance.
• Knowledge of safety standards and mining regulations.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in using mines management software and tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Barmer.
• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering.
