Qualifications:

  • Space Planning Skills: Experience in space planning and interior design.


  • Architecture Skills: Architectural drawing sets preparation (Incl: Interior layout,⁠ ⁠⁠Partition Layout,⁠ ⁠⁠Flooring layout,⁠ ⁠⁠RCP layout, ⁠⁠Furniture marking plan...)


  • Interior Design Skills: Expertise in interior design and design project management.


  • FF&E Skills: Knowledge of furniture, fixtures, and equipment, as well as their management and selection.


  • Other desirable qualifications include proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp, as well as good project management and client communication skills.
