Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting to improve ROAS. Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust campaigns for maximum impact. Work closely with creative and tech teams for ad copies and landing pages. Optimization. Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights. Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads. Proven track record of running ROI-focused campaigns (E-com or B2B preferred). Google Ads and Meta Certifications are a plus.
