Requirements:

Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience working with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).

Core Skills:

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid understanding of Node.js and related frameworks/libraries (e.g., Express, Async, Lodash, Socket.io).
• Experience working with server-side templating languages (Jade, EJS, etc.).
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs for communication between client and server.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT).
• Experience with front-end development tools (Webpack, NPM, Babel).
• Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git or SVN.

React.js Expertise:

• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Hands-on experience with React workflows (e.g., Flux, Redux).
• Familiarity with newer ECMAScript specifications (ES6+ features like async/await, destructuring, arrow functions).
• Business and Design Skills:
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Experience in translating designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.

Preferred Skills:

• UI/UX: Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.
• Testing: Familiarity with unit testing and debugging using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai.
• Cloud: Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.
• CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
