Job Title: Medical Representative (MR) – Nutraceutical Products Detailed job description: Location: Delhi NCR Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Promotion: o Promote and sell nutraceutical products (vitamins, supplements, dietary products) to healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and other relevant clients. o Identify and target potential customers and develop strong relationships with them. o Conduct regular sales visits to doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and health practitioners to promote and provide information about the products. o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company. 2. Product Knowledge: o Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s nutraceutical product portfolio. o Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits, features, and usage of the products. o Provide scientific and technical explanations of how products can support health and well-being. 3. Market Research and Strategy: o Analyse market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth. o Provide feedback from customers regarding product preferences, new products, and market conditions. o Participate in developing sales strategies, product launches, and promotional events. 4. Training and Support: o Attend and participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, healthcare industry trends, and sales techniques. o Provide support to healthcare professionals with any queries regarding the products. 5. Reporting: o Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales data. o Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, market insights, and future strategies. Qualifications and Skills: · Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or a related field. · Experience: Previous experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage, especially within the nutraceutical industry. · Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to explain complex information in a simple and persuasive manner. o Self-motivated and result-oriented with excellent sales techniques. o Ability to work independently and manage a territory efficiently. o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Working Conditions: · Frequent travel within the assigned territory. · Flexible working hours, including occasional weekend or evening work to meet with healthcare professionals.
