Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the design and development of battery enclosures, mounting systems, and thermal management solutions.
2. Create CAD models, engineering drawings, and BOMs for manufacturing.
3. Conduct structural and thermal simulations (FEA, CFD) to validate designs.
4. Assist in prototype assembly, testing, and validation of mechanical systems.
5. Collaborate with the electrical and manufacturing teams to optimize designs for cost and performance.
6. Document design iterations, test results, and learnings.
