Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 6 Years specialized in Mechanical (HVAC,FF & PHE) Services.


Job Description :

  1. Supervise and monitor site work at site for HVAC, FF, PHE .
  2. Coordination at site with different vendors
  3. Quantity take off , preparation of daily progress report , monitoring of vendor manpower .
  4. Checking of work as per safety compliance and quality procedures .
  5. Checking of work as per job cards and measurement sign off
  6. Attending safety and quality walkthroughs .
  7. Site and progress monitoring for vendors .
  8. Well conversed with all mechanical packages like HVAC , Firefighting and plumbing works of commercial building and residential buildings .
  9. Able to do quality snag attending and HOTO snags .
  10. Daily reporting about progress to reporting staff .
  11. Checking at site installed work by vendor and making observation reports .
