• Design and develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. • Interpret product design requirements, technical specifications, and customer needs. • Create BOMs (Bill of Materials), assembly instructions, and technical documentation. • Conduct design reviews, identify risks, and implement improvements based on feedback. • Analyze tolerances, fits, and mechanical interactions to ensure performance and manufacturability. • Work with vendors and production teams to support prototyping and manufacturing processes. • Modify designs based on test data, production needs, and feedback from cross-functional teams. • Apply knowledge of materials, manufacturing techniques, and GD&T principles. • Maintain organized project documentation and CAD file management systems.
