Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components, using CAD software and engineering principles to create innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Design and develop mechanical systems and components based on project requirements.Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo).Perform engineering calculations and simulations (e.g., stress analysis, thermal analysis).Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and procurement.Review designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with standards.Participate in prototype development, testing, and validation.Maintain engineering documentation including BOMs, drawings, and change requests.Continuously improve designs based on feedback, performance, and reliability data.
