About The Opportunity

A leading multi-specialty healthcare provider in India's tertiary care hospital segment, we deliver patient-centric anaesthesia services across surgical, trauma, obstetrics, and critical care theatres. Our on-site team combines evidence-based protocols, advanced monitoring, and rapid response capabilities to ensure safe peri-operative outcomes and pain management for a high-volume patient population.Role & Responsibilities

Provide consultant-level anaesthesia care for elective and emergency surgeries, ensuring optimal induction, maintenance, and emergence.
Lead pre-operative assessments, risk stratification, and informed consent discussions with patients and families.
Oversee intra-operative monitoring—airway, haemodynamic stability, and fluid management—adhering to ASA standards.
Coordinate post-operative pain management plans, including regional blocks and ICU handovers.
Guide and mentor resident doctors, DNB trainees, and OT staff on best practices and crisis management drills.
Participate in morbidity & mortality audits, quality improvement initiatives, and hospital accreditation processes.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:
MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology with valid MCI/State registration.
5+ years independent OT and ICU experience.
Proficiency in difficult airway algorithms, regional anaesthesia, and ultrasound guidance.
ACLS/BLS certification and familiarity with critical care protocols.
Preferred:
Experience in cardiac or paediatric anaesthesia.
Exposure to ERAS pathways and advanced pain management techniques.
