Role Overview:

This leadership role oversees end-to-end materials management for the division-covering planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and material flow automation. The role is key to achieving on-time deliveries, optimizing inventory and cost, and implementing lean practices across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead materials planning, inventory control, warehousing, and shipments Ensure uninterrupted material flow and on-time delivery to customers Implement lean tools: KANBAN, MRP, ePFEP, QR code-based tracking Drive automation initiatives in warehousing and material flow Collaborate on supply planning, logistics, and cost optimization Maintain high data integrity in the MRP system Supervise and coach the materials team Support audit, compliance, and corporate inventory control standards Define department budgets and drive cost-reduction programs Benchmark best practices in materials management and implement improvements Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
