External Job Description Job Responsibilities Champion safety initiatives and programs aligned with KECs commitment to Zero Harm and the RPG Groups core values of integrity, commitment, passion, and seamlessness. Develop and implement site-specific safety plans, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks effectively. Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and develop preventive measures to prevent recurrence. Deliver engaging safety training programs, promote safety awareness campaigns, and foster a culture of proactive hazard identification and reporting. Collaborate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to integrate safety into all aspects of project execution. Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging safety technologies, and regulatory updates to continuously improve our EHS performance. Actively participate in safety meetings, committees, and initiatives to contribute your expertise and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably with a specialization in Occupational Safety and Health. Proven experience in a similar safety role within the EPC or construction industry. Strong understanding of safety management systems, risk assessment methodologies, and incident investigation techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in using safety management software and digital tools. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. A proactive, results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous improvement.
