Key Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative and effective high-volume recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates quickly. Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, employee referral programs, career fairs (virtual and in-person), educational partnerships, and professional networks. Craft compelling and clear job advertisements that resonate with target candidates and effectively communicate the employee value proposition Manage a high volume of applications efficiently, often utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Conduct initial resume reviews, phone screens, and preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and motivation for high-volume roles. Implement and manage assessment tools to streamline the evaluation process. Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews (individual, panel, or group interviews) with hiring managers and candidates. Provide timely and clear communication to candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Facilitate efficient feedback collection from interviewers. Manage the offer extension and negotiation process, ensuring competitive offers aligned with company policies and market rates. Initiate background checks and reference checks as required. Collaborate with the HR operations/onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 1 years specifically in high-volume or mass hiring environments (e.g., BPO, retail, contact centers, manufacturing). Proven track record of successfully filling a large number of roles within aggressive timelines. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). Experience with ATS is a plus. Demonstrated experience with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and professional networking. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements in India Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proactive, resilient, and adaptable to changing hiring needs and market conditions. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
