Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive Recruitment & Selection to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions, with a strong focus on IT and technical roles. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in candidate evaluation, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, campus drives, employee referrals, and staffing agencies.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate suitability based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Draft, publish, and update job descriptions on appropriate platforms.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports regularly.
  • Conduct reference checks, negotiate salary offers, and facilitate offer rollouts.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with department heads for workforce planning and future hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
  • Support employer branding activities and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT or technical sector.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—crucial for telephonic screening and stakeholder interaction.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts covering both India and US time zones.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in recruitment tools or HR technology platforms.
  • Prior experience with US/India IT recruitment.
  • Experience in an IT staffing firm or a tech-focused organization.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance practices.
