Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to plan, develop, and execute effective marketing strategies that support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both digital and traditional marketing, along with expertise in content creation and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials and campaign assets
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence
• Coordinate events, product launches, and public relations activities
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media management platforms
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to think creatively and work independently as well as collaboratively
