About the Role: We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, creative, strategic marketer to lead content strategy, social and marketing activations at Daughter Earth. This role blends creativity, strategic thinking, and execution to shape our brand presence.

You Will:

• Develop and execute social and content strategies for brand growth.
• Manage content calendars aligned with brand vision.
• Lead creator and brand collaborations
• Execute marketing activations and product launches.
• Drive community engagement and foster meaningful interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Track and analyze performance to optimize marketing initiatives.

Who You Are:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial with strong ownership.
• Experienced in marketing, social, and content creation.
• Creative, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Passionate about beauty, wellness, and authentic community building.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to work from the office (this is not a remote opportunity).
