Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field in any discipline.

Skills:

• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.)

Experience:

• Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome.
• Prior experience in marketing or administrative work is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

1) Marketing Staff:

• Assist in creating and marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media content and outreach.
• Engage with clients and customers as needed.

Pitch & Negotiate Deals

• Reach out to potential sponsors, present proposals persuasively, and negotiate agreements on terms, deliverables, and budgets.

Coordinate Activation & Deliverables

• Collaborate with event logistics team to ensure branding elements (banners, booths, digital displays) are implemented correctly and sponsors are well represented on-site.

Collaborate Internally

• Coordinate with marketing, creative, operations, and finance teams to align sponsorship deliverables with overall concert objectives and audience experience.

Track & Report Sponsorship ROI

• Monitor sponsorship performance against KPIs (e.g., impressions, engagement, ROI), and prepare post-event reports to help renew and improve future partnerships.

2) Office Assistant:

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Maintain records and files.
• Support internal departments with basic clerical work.

Salary

• Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month
• Experienced: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience and skills)

• Gender: Open to all (Male & Female candidates)
• Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
