Marketing Manager - Online + Off Line in Real Estate

You have 3-6 years of experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in Real Estate and hold an MBA in Marketing. You are proficient in both online and offline marketing. As a Marketing professional, you will assist in planning, coordinating, executing, and optimizing online/offline marketing efforts aimed at promoting products and services through various channels. Your expertise in digital marketing concepts and utilizing the Internet for revenue growth will be crucial in this role. Your responsibilities will include brainstorming innovative growth strategies, monitoring campaign budgets, collaborating with internal and external teams, preparing performance reports, coordinating with ATL/BTL and presales teams, managing social media platforms, updating website content, and deploying performance marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation targets. You should also engage with digital marketing agencies, review their performance, and maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in marketing or a related field, 4-6 years of experience in writing for the real estate audience, excellent communication skills, creativity, analytical abilities, and in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and website analytics. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, staying updated on digital marketing trends, and demonstrable experience in leading marketing campaigns across various channels are also essential. This is a full-time, regular/permanent position with a salary range of 50,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month. The work schedule is day shift.
