Marketing Manager

You have 3-6 years of experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in Real Estate, along with an MBA in Marketing. You are adept in both online and offline marketing strategies. As a Marketing professional, your role involves planning, coordinating, executing, and optimizing online/offline marketing efforts to promote products and services through various channels. Your expertise in digital marketing concepts and technologies will be crucial in driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities include brainstorming growth strategies, monitoring campaign budgets, collaborating with internal and external teams, preparing performance reports, coordinating with ATL/BTL and presales teams, and managing social media platforms. You must possess hands-on technical knowledge in Google GDN, AdWords, FB, and social media campaigns to independently run them. Additionally, managing website content, developing landing pages, deploying performance marketing campaigns, and evaluating key metrics are essential tasks. Desired candidates hold a Masters degree in marketing or related field, with 4-6 years of experience in real estate marketing and digital advertising. Effective communication, creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of social media platforms and website analytics are prerequisites. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and awareness of the latest digital marketing trends are expected. Previous experience in leading and managing marketing campaigns across various channels is highly valued. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a monthly salary range of 50,000.00 - 60,000.00. The job requires a day shift schedule.
