Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive leads, increase member sign-ups, improve brand visibility, and engage our community across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Design monthly campaigns for member acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with gym trainers, content creators, and leadership for synchronized messaging.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Oversee Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp marketing funnels.
  • Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Monitor KPIs: reach, engagement, CTR, leads, and conversions.

3. Content & Communication

  • Coordinate with design and video teams to create impactful content.
  • Write and review captions, emails, SMS, ad copies, and blog content.
  • Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, promotions, and offers.

4. Local Offline Promotions

  • Plan events, partnerships, influencer collaborations in Goa or target cities.
  • Organize fitness challenges, health talks, community workouts.

5. Lead Generation & CRM

  • Create lead nurturing strategies through email, WhatsApp automation, and remarketing.
  • Track lead journey and improve conversion funnel.
  • Work with the sales team to align messaging and follow-ups.

6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated with trends in the fitness, wellness, and digital marketing space.
  • Benchmark against competitors to identify opportunities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in marketing, preferably in fitness/wellness/startups.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and campaign success.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp/WhatsApp automation, CRM tools).
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for content and communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a small creative/marketing team.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Instagram course funnels, personal branding, and community-building strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
