Role Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and supporting the company’s domestic and international marketing strategy, overseeing B2B sales initiatives, nurturing client relationships, managing product visibility, and supporting the General Manager (Marketing) in driving business growth. The role demands a deep understanding of technical sales, industrial marketing, and relationship management in the electrical insulation sector.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new B2B clients in the transformer, motor, and electrical component sectors.
• Lead sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures.
• Work with distributors and direct customers to achieve monthly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support.
• Coordinate technical presentations, product trials, and plant visits with the application and R&D teams.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

• Support the GM Marketing in building brand presence through trade shows, digital platforms, and technical marketing.
• Collaborate with the digital team on LinkedIn, YouTube, and website content relevant to product positioning and market education.
• Create product brochures, TDS, and sales kits in coordination with the technical team.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market movements.
• Provide regular reports on market conditions, potential leads, and sales forecasts.
• Recommend and implement regional or sector-specific marketing campaigns.

Internal Coordination

• Align with production, QA/QC, and R&D teams for product readiness, sampling, and feedback loops.
• Follow up on dispatches, stock availability, and lead times for customer commitments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field (MBA preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in B2B marketing or technical sales in industrial chemicals or electrical insulation products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across India and internationally for exhibitions and client meetings.
• Familiarity with insulating varnish, wire enamel, or resin industry is a strong advantage.

Preferred Attributes

• Technically conversant with insulation systems, IEC standards, and varnish application processes.
• Experience in handling OEM and MNC clients.
• Strategic thinker with an execution-focused mindset.
