Job Title: Personal Assistant to General Manager Location: Bawa Polymers – Head Office & Factory Reporting to: General Manager – Bawa Polymers Industry: Electrical Insulation Materials (Insulating Varnish, Wire Enamel, Resins) Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2–5 years (B2B industrial/chemical background preferred) About Bawa Polymers Bawa Polymers is a legacy manufacturer and supplier of high-performance insulating varnishes, impregnating resins, and wire enamels used in transformers, motors, and generators. With over 40 years of experience, we are trusted by leading OEMs and transformer manufacturers across India and globally for reliable insulation solutions that meet IEC and UL standards. Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Personal Assistant to support the General Manager in overseeing all daily operations—from production and factory coordination to B2B marketing, vendor follow-ups, R&D project tracking, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will act as an extension of the GM , ensuring that every delegated task is followed through with precision and urgency. Key Responsibilities Factory & Production Oversight Track daily batch progress, machine performance, and downtime reports Follow up with factory supervisors, maintenance, and dispatch teams Monitor raw material consumption and stock levels Ensure timely dispatches and QC documentation Coordinate production planning aligned with orders and delivery timelines Marketing & Client Communication Assist in planning and executing B2B marketing activities for insulating varnishes Coordinate with social media and digital marketing agencies Manage email communication with potential clients, OEMs, and exhibition leads Follow up on quotations, sample submissions, and technical clarifications Prepare and maintain product brochures, presentations, and datasheets Administrative & Strategic Assistance Maintain a daily action tracker of the GM’s priorities and update status regularly Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, and follow-up plans with internal teams Handle confidential information, pricing discussions, and vendor negotiations Liaise with R&D, QA/QC, and Application Lab teams for technical updates Learning & Documentation Develop in-depth knowledge of insulating varnish chemistries, applications, and standards (IEC/UL) Maintain SOPs, compliance documentation, and product specifications Be willing to learn technical aspects of varnish manufacturing through training and shadowing Desired Skills and Attributes Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to micromanage workflows across teams High accountability and ownership of tasks Excellent communication (English + Hindi/Punjabi preferred) Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation skills Quick learner with interest in industrial manufacturing and B2B processes Prior experience in a chemical/industrial/manufacturing company preferred Qualifications Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Chemistry / Engineering 2–5 years of experience in assistant, operations, or marketing roles Candidates with background or interest in electrical insulation, chemicals, or industrial B2B marketing will be given preference Growth Path This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Manager – Operations or Business Development role, with full exposure to factory management, technical marketing, and strategic decision-making under direct mentorship Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
