This position involves collaborating with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts that align with the organization's objectives. The coordinator is responsible for analyzing market trends, developing content, and overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Roles and Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Oversee and execute social media campaigns to drive awareness, buzz, follower growth, and engagement across various platforms. Campaign Development and Execution: Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, driving brand awareness and customer engagement. Strategic Planning: Assist in developing marketing strategies and plans to align with business objectives and target audience needs. Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing projects, ensuring seamless operations and successful campaign launches. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions. Content Creation: Develop various types of marketing deliverables, including social media posts, blog posts, and print materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for continuous improvement. Event Planning and Management: Plan and manage marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings, coordinating all logistical details to ensure successful execution. Budget Monitoring: Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts, ensuring cost-effective marketing initiatives. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and effectively communicate campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines.
