Experience:

1-2 years in Marketing Operations (on-ground activation for Events and Activations)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a brand executive to implement brand activations on-ground. This role includes travel to Attero's plant, warehouses, BTL activations, client-side activations etc. This role is pivotal in crafting and implementing a cohesive brand strategy that resonates with our target audience and strengthens market presence for our corporate brand and allied brands.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Initiatives

  • Execute innovative brand campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Manage programs to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on-ground activations.

Brand Identity

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Work with creative teams to develop compelling brand assets, including logos, merchandising, packaging, and marketing collateral.
  • Conduct regular brand audits to ensure alignment with company values and market positioning.

Qualifications And Skills

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA desired but not mandatory).
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ATL and BTL marketing techniques and tools.
  • Proven experience in implementing brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Good communication, project management, and analytical skills.
