Roles and Responsibilities

Understand clients business needs and recommend suitable Busysoft software solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, follow-up calls, and cold calling.
Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to potential customers.
Maintain knowledge of current software and market trends in healthcare IT and contact center applications.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Network with existing clients to promote upgrades, additional products, and maintain long-term relationships.
Define product roadmaps, contribute to product concept creation, and work with the marketing team on campaigns.
Identify potential partnerships and contribute to product visibility and brand awareness.

Key Skills Required
