Reach out to companies via phone or email using a provided script to collect specific details. Maintain accurate and well-organized records of all outreach activities and responses. Summarize research findings and prepare concise reports or updates for review. Assist the executive with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and coordination tasks. Support the evaluation of business opportunities through structured data collection. Complete administrative tasks related to the project in a timely and professional manner. Regularly communicate progress and key insights to the supervising team member. Take full ownership of assigned tasks and work independently to ensure completion.
