Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager – Policy and RegulatoryLocation: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Experience: 10+ years (preferably in Management Consulting) Qualification: BE/B.Tech + MBAAbout the Role:The position involves handling regulatory matters, petition filings, tariff and cost analysis, and compliance with authorities such as UPERC, CERC, MOP, MNRE, and others. The candidate will support power procurement activities including drafting PPAs, competitive bidding, and regulatory documentation.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review tariff petitions, MYT plans, and PPA documents.Represent the company in public hearings and regulatory proceedings.Analyze RPO compliance, MoD stack, and DBST methodology.Support bid evaluation and power procurement planning.Skills Required:Expertise in PPAs, FSAs, competitive bidding, and regulatory filings.Strong analytical and communication skills.Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and market mechanisms.
