Core Focus Areas for the role Managing delivery of HR Transformation advisory solutions Experience in developing in E2E HR processes, frameworks and operating models Designing employee experience programs and specialized persona-led programs Practical experience in functional design and implementation HR Technology platforms Complex HR Transformation project/program management experience Ability to contribute independently as well as manage small teams Direct and hands-on experience in developing proposals, presentations, deliverables and customer service management As a seasoned professional, you will be expected to: Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work. Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues. Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports. Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products. Assist in proposal development, as requested. Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses and daily interaction with clients. Lead the execution of the day-to-day plan set forth by the Deloitte Human Capital team lead. Provide insights to strategy and support development of solutions. Ensure all program management tasks are completed, including the management of risks and issues and milestone delivery. Contribute to practice building and other internal practice initiatives additional responsibilities. Desired qualifications Bachelors / Post Graduation Diploma / Master s Degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Mathematics, Hard Science or other relevant field. Deep experience and knowledge of HR value chain, HR technology functional design, project management is preferred 7 to 8+ years of relevant experience across consulting (leading management consulting firms) Tools of trade proficiency Abreast with key HR trends and real-time application of these trends across HR processes. Ability to manage projects and teams
