Job TitleManager - Support LocationMumbai DepartmentHuman Resources Job Purpose The HR Manager for Support Hiring will lead and manage the recruitment and talent acquisition process for support functions across the organization. This includes hiring for roles in customer service, operations, administrative support, and other similar positions. The HR Manager will work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and other HR team members to ensure a seamless recruitment process, high-quality candidates, and timely hiring. Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement recruitment strategies specifically for support functions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and forecast future hiring requirements.
  • s & Job PostingsWork with department heads to create clear, concise, and accurate job descriptions. Manage job postings on relevant platforms (job boards, social media, etc.), ensuring the organizations brand is well-represented.
  • Candidate Sourcing & ScreeningLead the sourcing and screening of candidates for support roles. Use various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and partnerships to attract top talent. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination & Process ManagementCoordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure an efficient, consistent interview process, from initial contact through final decision-making.
  • Offer ManagementCollaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates. Handle offer negotiations, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages that align with company guidelines.
  • Onboarding & IntegrationOversee the onboarding process for new support hires, ensuring that all documentation is completed and that new employees are smoothly integrated into their roles and the company culture.
  • Talent Pool ManagementBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future support roles. Proactively reach out to potential candidates and cultivate relationships with passive talent for ongoing hiring needs. This is an Internal document.
  • HR Compliance & Best PracticesEnsure all recruitment practices are in compliance with local laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with the HR team, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure smooth collaboration throughout the recruitment process. Provide regular updates
