• Oversee all export logistics activities including booking, customs clearance, and documentation.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and transport partners.
• Ensure timely dispatches and compliance with global trade regulations.
• Manage export documentation (BL, COO, Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
• Monitor shipment schedules, costs, and customer delivery commitments.
• Strong understanding of Incoterms, DGFT policies, and customs procedures
• Experience with ERP / export documentation software
• Leadership, coordination, and vendor negotiation skills
