Job Description

Job Role:

  • This position involves developing and implementing sales strategies, cultivating relationships with clients, and overseeing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cold calling potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Develop marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotions, to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
  • Create marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogues, and product presentations to support sales efforts.
  • Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase company products and services.
  • Analyse sales data and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies and make necessary adjustments.

Daily Role:

  • Make sure samples are received promptly and processed efficiently, including data entry and arranging courier services for sending samples to relevant departments. Follow up on sample development progress.
  • Record all client orders accurately in the system and communicate them to the production team for scheduling dispatch plans.
  • Communicate with clients daily and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Provide detailed order sheets to respective plants based on orders entered into the Domestic Sales department's system.
  • Collaborate with the Documentation team to update clients on GRS TC (Recycled Yarns Division).
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of requested creatives, advertisements, or artworks to directors for approval.
  • Conduct plant visits to monitor the progress of new developments effectively.

Recurring Role:

  • Create festival-specific creatives and share them with all directors for approval.
  • Design artworks for magazines, newspapers, and other promotional platforms as needed.
  • Manage social media posting timing to align with SEO strategies and maintain active promotion and marketing ads.
  • Develop posts for company marketing purposes, including exhibition invitations, post-exhibition updates, thank-you messages, informative facts, and company insights.
  • Prepare and respond to questionnaires received by interviewers on behalf of the directors.

Yearly Role:

  • Coordinate with the sampling department to arrange samples (cones, shade cards, etc.) for exhibitions, ensuring timely delivery through diligent follow-ups.
  • Create new samples specifically for exhibitions and maintain their integrity.
  • Reach out to clients and explore new leads through email marketing and cold calling techniques following exhibitions.
  • Assist in designing exhibition stalls.
  • Ensure that samples are properly delivered to clients post-exhibition.
  • Engage in research and development to introduce new yarn qualities to the market.
