Education:
B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Energy)
or
BBA/B.Com + technical certification in solar; MBA/PGDM preferred.
Experience:
58yrs solution sales, at least 2yrs in solar/cleantech or capital equipment.
Certifications:
SPV Installer certificate (NISE) desirable; CRM (Salesforce/Zoho) proficiency mandatory.
Technical:
Basic PV design tools, MSOffice; ability to read structural drawings.
