Manager IT Information Security

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager withstrong expertise in network administration , infrastructure projectmanagement , and IT procurement . The ideal candidate should bewell-versed in managing Windows, macOS, and Linux environments , andcapable of leading end-to-end IT infrastructure initiatives aligned withbusiness goals.

Infrastructure Network Management

Oversee the design,implementation, and maintenance of secure and scalable LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless,and cloud-connected environments.

Administer and troubleshootmulti-platform systems including Windows Server, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu,CentOS, RHEL).

Manage firewalls, switches,routers, and IP addressing schemes.

Ensure system availability,reliability, and performance through proactive monitoring and optimization.

IT Administration

Develop and enforce ITpolicies, procedures, and documentation standards.

Manage Active Directory,DNS/DHCP, group policies, patch management, and endpoint protection tools.

Oversee data backup,disaster recovery planning, and BCP drills.

Project Vendor Management

Lead IT infrastructureupgrade projects (e.g., office expansion, data center migration, hybrid cloud).

Coordinate with internalteams and external vendors for the procurement of hardware, software, licenses,and IT services.

Manage vendor SLAs andmaintain procurement records and AMCs.

Purchase Budgeting

Plan, forecast, and track ITbudgets, license renewals, and contract negotiations.

Prepare RFQs/RFPs andevaluate quotations for IT products and services.

TeamManagement Support

Lead a small team of ITsupport engineers.

Ensure timely resolution oftechnical issues and user requests.

Implement ITIL practices forincident, problem, and change management.

• Bachelors degree in ComputerScience / IT / Engineering or equivalent.
• 7 to 10 years of hands-onexperience in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Strong knowledge of networkingconcepts, firewalls, and routing/switching (Cisco, Palo Alto, Sophos, orequivalent).
• Proven expertise in WindowsServer, macOS, and Linux administration.
• Experience with procurementcycles, asset management, and vendor coordination.
