Role Overview We are seeking a Software Delivery Manager who will lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle across all technology verticals. You will manage cross-functional teams delivering mobile apps, web platforms, AI chatbot products, and enterprise-grade cloud and security implementations. This is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for ensuring successful planning, execution, and timely delivery of high-impact software projects in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end software delivery across multiple projects and platforms: mobile, web, AI, cloud, and cybersecurity - Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and DevOps teams to ensure scope, timeline, and quality goals are met - Implement and optimize agile delivery pipelines (CI/CD) for faster, reliable releases - Track milestones, risks, and dependencies using tools like Jira, Notion, or Azure DevOps - Ensure cross-team alignment across MatchBest Software (app/web). - Manage vendor teams and offshore partners ensuring accountability, timelines, and deliverables - Maintain clear documentation, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and standups across verticals - Guide teams on best practices for secure code, cloud-native deployment, and AI model integration - Interface with QA, security, and platform teams to ensure release readiness and performance standards Technical Scope: - App & Web Development: React, Flutter, Node.js, JavaScript, Python, REST APIs - AI Chatbots: GPT-based bots, NLU/NLP engines, Dialogflow, Rasa - Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD - Security & Compliance: OAuth2, SSO, ISO/SOC2 readiness, OWASP practices Key Qualifications: - 7-12 years of experience in software delivery/project management across digital product lines - Strong background in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), SAFe is a plus - Proven track record delivering multi-stack applications in web, mobile, and cloud - Hands-on understanding of AI product delivery, streaming tech, and cloud deployments - Experience coordinating distributed engineering teams and third-party vendors - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools - Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills Nice to Have - PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification - Experience with OTT platforms like Android TV, Roku, Fire TV- Exposure to AI/ML tools (Langchain, OpenAI APIs, TensorFlow)
