XL is looking for an experienced and dynamic Full Stack Developer to join our innovative development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of web applications. You will leverage your expertise in a wide range of technologies to create scalable and efficient solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js, as well as back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET. Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), API development, and cloud platforms will be essential. As a Full Stack Developer at EXL, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance across the application stack. Additionally, you will be responsible for code optimization, debugging, and ensuring a high standard of code quality through best practices such as version control, unit testing, and code reviews.
