Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the banking industry, with expertise in legal aspects related to lending to SMEs, MMEs, Large Corporates, and Project Finance.
Roles and Responsibility

Understand legal aspects related to lending to SMEs, MMEs, Large Corporates, and Project Finance.

Possess good knowledge of general banking, RBI regulations, KYC/AML norms, and all other relevant legal matters.

Have experience in handling legal aspects of Loan & Investment Products, including SEBI, FEMA, Capital Market, and Structured Products Investment.

Demonstrate a system and process-oriented approach, setting high standards for oneself and the team.

Be a good team player open to new ideas and best practices.

Be computer literate in MS Office and proficient in both spoken and written English.

Job

Post Graduate or Graduate in Law.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking industry.

Strong knowledge of banking products and operations is advantageous.

Experience in investment-related documentation and litigation is beneficial.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and computer literate.
