Liaison and Stakeholder Management Coordinate with external regulators and advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, consultants, and advisors, as required.. Handle investor grievances and communications as per applicable norms. Contract Management & Legal Advisory Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining commercial contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents. Provide legal advice on corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring matters. Desired Candidate Profile Qualified Company Secretary (ACS). Additional qualifications like LLB/CA/MBA (Finance) will be an advantage. 5–8 years of relevant experience in a listed/unlisted company or legal firm handling corporate secretarial duties.
