Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as a Manager - Retail Legal & Remedial in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in the banking, financial services, or broking industry.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee retail legal and remedial operations.
Provide legal guidance and support on housing-related matters.
Develop and implement effective legal strategies to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze and resolve complex legal issues efficiently.
Train and mentor junior staff members on legal procedures and protocols.

Job
Strong knowledge of banking, financial services, and broking laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
