Job description

Primary role

Reviewing the company's financial statements, financial documents, other relevant data sets & accounting entries.
Perform inquiries and testing as needed to identify and resolve issues in financial records.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal controls, policies and processes in addressing risks.
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures of the Company.
Liaising with multiple stakeholders and conducting periodic Audits as per the Annual Audit Plan.
Develop new audit programs to ensure adequate financial controls.
Make recommendations to management for improvement in financial control and auditing process.
Ensure implementation of action plans are tracked and monitored effectively for closure.

Seconday role

Undertake surprise audit/investigations as required by management. Any task or special audit as requested by superior, whenever required.
