Manager –/ Asst. Manager -Product Evaluation Department – Reagents

Job Summary:

Asst. Manager in PED Reagents will be responsible for leading the evaluation and validation of In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) reagents. A high level of analytical proficiency is essential for interpreting reagent performance data and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

• M.Sc. in Medical Biochemistry .
• 2–5 years of industrial experience preferable in the IVD sector.
• Interest in authoring and publishing scientific papers in reputed international journals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong ability to analyse and interpret product evaluation results
• Analyze performance parameters such as linearity, precision, specificity, sensitivity, stability, and interference.
• Participate in design verification and validation activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Interpret product evaluation data and provide scientific inputs to Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
• Prepare and review technical documents, validation protocols, and scientific reports for regulatory submissions
• Assist in addressing product complaints and support root cause analysis and investigations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
