Role Overview: We are seeking a Management Trainee – Marketing & Communications to support our Ad Sales and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Mass Communication , strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude to help expand and engage with our advertiser database. This role is essential in driving consistent follow-ups, coordinating marketing efforts, and supporting client outreach to generate business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to and maintain communication with a wide database of potential advertisers Assist in executing follow-up plans with clients via calls, emails, and other channels Coordinate with the ad sales team to track responses and leads Help draft and send marketing communication (emails, proposals, media kits) Maintain and regularly update advertiser contact lists and CRM records Support in preparing sales decks, reports, and marketing material Conduct research on market trends and competitor campaigns Profile Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset Confident in client communication and follow-ups Basic knowledge of media/advertising industry is an advantage Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint What We Offer: Exposure to real-time marketing and communication processes Opportunity to build industry connections and client engagement skills Supportive environment with room for professional growth Be part of a leading and established media house Note: Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
