Job Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Trainee to join our team at Premsons JCB. As a Sales Trainee, you'll learn the ins and outs of our products and sales processes while working closely with experienced sales professionals. Your goal will be to develop strong foundational skills in sales techniques, customer relationship management, and product knowledge of JCB machines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales and Business Development:

- Generate new business leads and build relationships with existing customers

- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell JCB products

- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities

- Product Demonstrations and Trials:

- Showcase the features and benefits of JCB products to customers

- Conduct product demonstrations and trials

- Customer Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

- Prepare and submit sales forecasts and reports

- Track sales performance metrics and provide feedback to sales management

- Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

- Learn about JCB products and services

- Daily Activities:

- Respond promptly to customer service requests

- Complete a detailed Daily Visit Report after every visit

Requirements:

- Education: BBA/MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field

- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service orientation

- Ability to negotiate effectively

- Proficient in MS Office, mobile software, and internet

- Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus

- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently

- Record-Keeping: Accuracy in maintaining detailed service logs and reports

- Teamwork: Effective collaboration with the service and parts teams
